St Patricks Passport around the world - Ireland

Cody finished his Pass Port Around the World Trip to Ireland. He colored his map and learned all about Ireland and how the Irish celebrate St. Patrick's Day! All the kids colored their maps and stamped their passports with letters of the week, shamrocks and leprechaun foot prints.

Here Jamie is showing off her work as well. We also watch u-tube on Irish dancing and folk music and we get to watch a video on what Ireland looks like and the people who live there. So the kids love this and they get the feel that they have traveled to Ireland.
Here is the finished map of Ireland and the passports the kids got to stamp themselves. I also included a plane ticket for them so it felt like they were really going on a trip.
Here is a lapbook I made from 123 learn curriculum for St. Patrick's Day. The Lap-book is made up of fun activities for the kids to do and learn. Matching pictures, Vocabulary words, a little read on St. Patrick's Day and counting clovers.
This is a book I laminated to identify the word with the  picture and then the kids get to trace the word over and  over as many times as they like because its laminated they can erase and trace again. This is great to reinforce the practice words and writing.
